Niki Kiruki

Niki holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in coaching and education. She is a certified tier two trainer for Boys & Girls Clubs of America. She is certified in mental health first aid and is currently pursuing certification as a prevention specialist for the State of Missouri.

What started as a Club work-study program in 2005, has since turned into a calling for Niki. She has served as a Club teen director, program director, unit director, and even spent some time with BGC of the Coastal Bend, where she served as the director of program operations. In 2021, Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield named Niki the recipient of the John Alesch Outstanding Program Staff Award.

Niki says she works for the Club because of it’s awesome mission and the difference it makes in the lives of kids, parents, and the surrounding community.

Niki and her husband Kenya live in Springfield, and enjoy spending quality time with their family and friends, especially their handsome and energetic son Malik!
