Rachael Salveter

Rachael is a Springfield native who graduated from Willard High School before earning her degree in educational studies from Drury and the University of Arkansas.

Rachael began her professional career in event planning in Arlington, TX with the Dallas Cowboys, later venturing into fundraising in both the corporate and non-profit sector. She found her passion in placemaking efforts for local citizens while running recreation and events for a county just outside of Augusta, GA, before heading home to Missouri to assume the role of President & CEO of the Ozark Chamber of Commerce.

Growing up in a single-parent home, Rachael understands the importance of a community coming together to give each child the resources to reach their full potential. She couldn't imagine more important work.

Rachael is a proud momma to two girls (Claire & Millie), bonus parent to Jaxx & Jalah, and wrangler of three puppies (Frasier, Gus, & Ollie). She spends her off-time hosting family game nights, cooking, decorating, reading, and planning future adventures abroad with her partner Brian.
