Racheal Hunt

Racheal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development with a Family Studies emphasis and is certified in Trauma Awareness. With extensive experience in the child welfare system—including crisis nursery work, foster care case management, and more—she is passionate about supporting children and families. She also serves as a board member for the North Springfield Betterment Association (NSBA).

Inspired by positive mentors in her own childhood, Racheal is committed to empowering youth to see their potential and explore new opportunities. At BGCS, she loves working with mission-driven staff and creating meaningful, safe spaces for kids.

Outside of work, Racheal is a mom to five adopted daughters, a grandmother to two, and a pet parent to a cat and a dog. She enjoys hiking, spending time at the river, thrifting, crafting, and growing her plant collection.
